Nausea/ Vomiting

Breast changes
During the first trimester of pregnancy you will notice that your breast will look tender and the nipple will be very sensitive to any little touch. Also the breast will gradually start getting bigger, heavier and getting ready for milk production.
Ways to care for breast
Wash your breast gently during shower and don’t scrub.
Do not use soap or cream on the breast.
Use breast pad if your breast start flowing.
Use good bra to help reduce the weight of the breast and make you comfortable.
Don’t put on bra during bed time.
Craving
Now you are pregnant, you might discover that you now desire a particular food or you will always get hungry even after meal. That’s okay remember that you are not eating for yourself alone so eat very well if you want the second party to have enough.
Control
Any time you are hungry eat because your baby is hungry too.
Tiredness
At this time you will always be very tired even when you have not done ant work, you will discover that you strength is no longer as before, don’t panic your body it trying to adjust to some changes that will make all the months of pregnancy comfortable because at a time your strength will gradually come back.

Is very mandatory for a woman to gain weight during pregnancy, most women are sad when they notices that they are adding weight some will go as far as starving themselves just to make sure they are in shape, just know that is not the best because weight gain during pregnancy signifies that your body is getting the enough nutrient that will keep you and the baby healthy, you can work on your weight after you have put to bed.
How to gain weight during pregnancy
Eat enough green vegetables and fresh fruits.
Eat food rich in protein.
Eat whole grain.
Avoid fatty foods.
Take more of fluids.
Rest very well.
Dizziness
This is commonly experienced in the last stages of pregnancy. It occurs because the blood no longer flow fast you will notice that if you get up too fast if care is not taken you might fall to the ground so be very careful.
Control
Do things slowly and don’t rush to get up so that the blood will circulate well.
Take a walk.
Don’t bend or stand for too long.
Eat healthy meals.
Eat calcium rich foods.
Frequent urination
This is one of the sighs of pregnancy you will always have an urge to wee and if care is not taken you can wee on your pant. This happens because the weight of the baby is resting on your bladder.
Control
Use sanitary pad if you notice leakage.
Try to empty your bladder completely when urinating.
Drink water but not too much.
Take other fluids so that you will not be exposed to bladder infections.
Changes in mood
As a pregnant woman you will experience flip in moods you may be very happy today and sad the next day some time you will discover that you are crying for nothing. The different stages in pregnancy will always make your mood to change.
Control
Try relating issues with those close to you.
Stroll out and don’t always stay indoors alone.

Loss of appetite for sex

Try new positions that you find comfortable.
Politely tell your husband when you don’t feel like having sex.
