Our life style has great effect on our health. It is a good thing to live a long and healthy life. Some people live on drugs to prolong their days on earth but this would be needless if they imbibed the right attitude and eat right. The importance of fruit and vegetable in developing a healthy life can not be understated.
If you want a healthy life the you must cultivate a healthy life style (avoid smoking, sugar and sweetened drinks, alcohol, much of processed foods, lack of sense of security etc.), do regular exercise, eat balance diet, maintain and keep good and clean environment, wash hands and fruits before eating, keep a healthy weight – by avoiding cholesterol, drink lots of water, take vitamins supplements and eat vegetable and fruits.
